Description of classes:
Classes will consist of a short Westend style cardio warm up, strength exercises and some corner work. The main focus will be on the choreography. Concentrating on dynamics and creative expression. Most likely to be full of energy and more importantly a chance to leave janteloven at the door and hopefully have a lot of fun in the process!
