Strategy plan
The board carried out a user survey in 2018, and based on this made a strategic plan for PRODA 2019-2024. In 2021, a review of the plan was carried out and it was adjusted according to PRODA's development, new needs and considerations. The plan contains three main goals and a number of sub-goals.
VISION
PRODA shall be a relevant and unifying professional offer for the entire dance field, and an inspiring arena for professional development.
PRODA will bring the vision to life through the following areas:
