What is Gaga? Gaga classes offer a creative framework for participants to connect to their bodies and imaginations,  increase their physical awareness, improve their flexibility and stamina, exercise their agility and explosive power, and experience the pleasure of movement in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere. Gaga’s movement language is developed by Ohad Naharin, house choreographer of Batsheva Dance Company, and is constantly evolving. Classes will be taught by Shi Pratt, a certified Gaga teacher.
