SUMMARY:Samtidsdans
DESCRIPTION:med Nina Wollny \nExploring and learning about the human body and how the different parts collaborate can have a big impact on our presence\, perception and therefore on our movement. Opening our body to this heightened state of awareness can enrich\, strengthen and inspire the way we dance.\nThe class will be based on a small simple detail or bigger connections within the organism. The topic will be explored in different ways. Free physical explorations and guided exercises and possibly in connection with a partner\, taking care of yourself to take care of each other and learning about your own body through the other. The class gradually accumulates into a movement phrase\, that plays with all levels of space\, speed\, flow and the forces that move us and can transform into an open space for own exploration\, physical reflection and taking care. \nI am looking forward to start the day dancing with you. \n  \nNina Wollny started teaching when she was 15 as a way to deepen her own understanding of dance. In 2004 she became a Countertechnique teacher and later faculty of their teacher training and program manager. Since 2020 Nina is not teaching Countertechnique anymore and explores her own interests and methods to share movement and dance. She is curious how our movement relates to the anatomy and physiology of the human body and its relationship to the forces that move us- as an inspiration to play\, without looking for a definite solution.\nRecently Nina has been drawn to also start sharing her fascination of the human body in her own artistic and performative work\, which has led her to Revisiting Nina’s Solo. \nLes mer om Nina Wollny her \nFoto: Kristoffer Skogheim

SUMMARY:PRAXIS Oslo og PRODA / Revisiting Practice med Nina Wollny
DESCRIPTION:Revisiting Practice with Nina Wollny\n\nCan you go on a trip on the inside of your body. Is it possible to take somebody with you on that trip? You point at something very specific on the inside of your body and you look at it together. Maybe your guest recognizes something. Can a small detail inside of you point at something enormous\, something that is limitless\, something maybe eternal? What is your shape right now? What does it mean…skin? What does it mean? Asking questions together without trying to find something definite\,  an answer\, a solution or the way. Letting questions vibrate in our bodies until they turn into movements… because you want to or just for no particular reason at all. These explorations will be based on my experience with Revisiting Nina’s Solo. \n  \nKlassene Revisiting Practice med Nina Wollny er et samarbeid med PRAXIS Oslo. \n\nFoto: Kristoffer Skogheim \n
