DESCRIPTION:med Sara Einbu \nBeskrivelse av klasse: \nKlassen er bygget opp av en effektiv oppvarmingsdel fylt med isolasjoner\, groove\, flow og elementer fra street-landskapet\, tøying og mulig innom diagonaler. Sara har mye fokus på en forhånds utarbeidet koreografi. Noen klasser fokuseres det på frihet innenfor en satt ramme og andre på et mer performance basert utrykk. \nI det koreografiske språket til Sara jobbes det både med kommersielt og kunstnerisk utrykk. Det blir forskjellig koreografi på alle PRODA klassene. Sara ønsker å skape danseglede\, trygghet og utfordring i rommet gjennom sin kjærlighet for dans. Vi utforsker spennende musikalitet\, dynamikk og utrykk. Velkommen! \nI klassene til Sara er det høyt fokus på å kombinere danseglede med utfordring\, det skal nytes og pushes.
