The warm up is a mix of cardio\, stretching and fitness training followed by basic technique used across the floor before we begin the combination. \nTo stay on top of your game in this industry it is important to pick up choreography quickly and be versatile in all kinds of styles in an audition situation. So we will focus on choreography and performance with a light and fun atmosphere 😉
