DESCRIPTION:Description of classes: \nMy class sees no boundaries between dance styles or physical techniques — as they all explore the dynamics of movement as a language for expression and communication. \nI encourage dancers to think holistically rather than stylistically. We will work on sequencing\, transitions\, textures\, and the interplay with gravity\, incorporating principles from martial arts and anatomy as applied to ballet. \nDancers will be invited to connect intention with movement\, engaging their presence through expressive eyes and a sculpted body. The aim is to cultivate a hyperaware physicality — athletic\, articulate\, and emotionally resonant — while also developing confidence\, intuitive knowledge\, and a sense of overall wellbeing.
