DESCRIPTION:med Simon Stenholm Söderlund \nSimon sier om klassene sine: \nI min undervisning er musikalitet\, dynamikker og teknikk satt i fokus. Jeg jobber utifra oppvarming med utgangspunkt i før nevnte elementer etterfulgt av across-the-floor øvelser\, for å avslutte med en kombinasjon. Lang oppvarming og øvelser gis god plass i klassene mine\, fremfor lange innlæringer av koreografi.\nUtover de mere klassiske fokus punktene legger jeg stor vekt på Active Choices for å oppnå fremgang og skape et rom hvor vi kan utvikle os mest effektivt. SUMMARY:(contemporary) Ballett - Helge Freiberg
DESCRIPTION:This class is a ballett class with a mix of different styles and influences combined with my own authentic way of moving to create a wholesome challenging experience for dancers in an atmosphere which invites to develop a new awareness of our muscle memory as well as explore the connection between physicality and mind power… \nThe exercises tend to be a bit longer\, choreographed in a connected way around changing main themes\, always focusing on an organic healthy way of moving the entire body with a concentrated\, yet free and flowing energy to offer the possibility of recognising automatisms and exploring new patterns. \nA main focus lies in combining coordination through different dynamics\, finding a harmony in dancing legs and upper body simultaneously by incorporating contractions\, releases or twists and enhancing awareness of rhythm\, breath and movement through our system. \nThe build up of the class is leaning somewhat closely on a Vaganova ballet class-adding isolations and weight shifts in order to let go of existing tension-in which I like to break up the style of traditional frontal teaching so we get to enjoy and explore together. \n  \nPhoto: Ana Funke
