SUMMARY:Samtidsdans - Hilde Ingeborg Sandvold
DESCRIPTION:The class offers a series of «drills for skills» – basic work that gets you warm and checks balance\, mobility and coordination through practical exercises\, simple floor-work and footwork in short phrases. The goal of my classes is to practice\, find and define tools that helps us increase the amounts of habits in our bodies – materials that are deeply rooted and therefore readily available for us when entering artistic processes. I will share both the drills themselves\, and the thoughts and strategies they are based on – encouraging whoever joins the class to find a way of working that sparks joy and motivation. \nIn the class I draw on knowledge from physiotherapists that have helped me reduce\, heal and avoid injury\, different martial arts (specifically; Jiu-jitsu\, Taekwondo and Wing Tsuen) that have given me a practical way to enter complex physical material\, and choreographers such as David Zambrano who taught me how to go in and out of the floor. SUMMARY:DH Workshop - Liv Hanne Haugen
DESCRIPTION:Med utgangspunkt i avspenning og nysgjerrighet ledes du gjennom en oppvarming og noen tekniske øvelser hvor stemmen og lyden også får plass. Siste halvdel av klassen fokuserer vi på performance trening\, og skaper koreografier for hverandre. \nOm forestillingen: \nSøstre til evig tid (2025) er siste del av en trilogi av og med søstrene og dansekunstnerne Anne Katrine og Liv Hanne Haugen\, og som har strukket seg over tre tiår. Forestillingene Søstre (2003) og Søstre 11 år (2014) har vært de to foregående. \nForestillingen er en videreutvikling og fordypning i undersøkelsen av tematikk som tilknytning og autentisitet\, og det å bære en arv videre. Utgangspunktet for denne forestillingen er farslinjen og to skjellsettende hendelser i nær familie. Hvordan takler vi tap og sorgen det kan medføre? Og hvordan forplanter gamle familiemønstre og traumer seg nedover i rekkene?
