DESCRIPTION:DREAM WORKSHOP with Charlotte Engelkes (SE). \nDET HAR BLITT ET PAR LEDIGE PLASSER PÅ WORKSHOPEN NESTE UKE\nBENYTT ANLEDNINGEN OG MELD DEG PÅ! \nCharlotte Engelkes\, has a solid background in modern dance and theatre. Her range spans dance\, theatre\, performance art and opera\, both in her own productions and in collaboration with others. She has since 2003 been a member of Sasha Waltz & Guests\, and as a dancer and actress\, she has collaborated with The Tiger Lillies\, Heiner Goebbels\, Raimund Hoghe\, Ong Keng Sen among others. \nThe theme for the week is Dreams! – I believe in dreams. What makes us happy and what disturbs our dreams beyond deeply. \nVery much alike all the playful ways Charlotte enters a new collaboration\, this workshop will be all about incidents\, instincts and methods in how to find\, unfiltered – and adventures ways to create performative content\, and processing and execute the material in relation to the thematic. \nThe workshop is interdisciplinary\, where you are your own tool fit for research based on improvisation\, solo and groupwork in performing situations. \nPraktisk informasjon \nWorkshop dates:  9. DESCRIPTION:med Sarjo Sankareh \nBeskrivelse av klasse:\nDansetimen er en Horton-basert jazzklasse der de fleste øvelsene er basert på Horton-teknikken\, men fortsatt opprettholder en struktur av en jazzklasse med sine kvaliteter. Horton-teknikk er en moderne danseteknikk utviklet av Lester Horton på 1930-tallet og er oftest assosiert med Alvin Ailey som var student av Lester Horton. Denne teknikken legger vekt på en hel kropp og anatomisk tilnærming til dans som inkluderer fleksibilitet\, styrke\, koordinering\, kropps- og romlig bevissthet. Dette for å muliggjøre et ubegrenset\, dramatisk og fritt uttrykk. I timen vil du møte elementer fra Capoeira\, release-teknikk og floorwork. Timen starter med oppvarmingsøvelser i senter\, øvelser over gulvet og til slutt koreografi hvor vi utforsker forskjellige uttrykk. \nFoto: Ortenheim
