DESCRIPTION:med Subjazz. \nBeskrivelse av klasse: \nSubjazz klassene er først og fremst en deltakelse i pur danseglede med sterkt fotfeste i jazzdansens mangfoldige stilarter og danseriske uttrykk i alt fra kommersiell heels\, tradisjonell jazzdans med stokk og hatt hele veien over til det mer kontemporære/samtidige. \nVi fordrer gjennom vår undervisning at deltakerne dyrker sin lidenskap og elsk for dansen. At det skapes god stemning\, har et åpent og inkluderende rom og sinn med masse energi og plass til alle som vil være med. \nKlassen bygges opp gjennom en enkel\, «lett å følge»\, oppvarming\, danseriske sekvenser over gulvet og kombinasjoner som kan få rockefoten til å dirre og hjertet til å pulse litt ekstra!

DESCRIPTION:with Charlotte Mclean \nContemporary technique – contact improvisation \nWe’ll work on the technique of contact and connecting. First with oneself\, then with each other. We’ll practice consent within contact\, involving leaving / saying ‘no’ to dances\, as well as inviting connection from the world outside the studio. We’ll end with some phrases\, in which we need each other to dance. If you wake up and don’t want to engage in contact with other humans\, feel free to still come along – the class will be adapted to everyone’s individual needs. \n\n  \nInfo about the performance And\nCharlotte will play her performance And at Black Box teater 6th and 7th September in week 36. \nUsing honesty\, charisma and humour\, Scottish dance artist Charlotte Mclean weaves contemporary and highland dance with personal stories\, political commentary and spoken word.
