Ulike tempi i musikken i de enkelte øvelser brukes for å bevisstgjøre og utfordre\, for å stimulere til mer musikalsk fleksibilitet. \nSissel er opptatt av å gi inspirerende klasser som inkluderer alle og gir trygghet/rom for individualitet og personlig tolkning.
