Workshopen p\u00e5 Dansens Hus vil bli annerledes enn workshopen i studio p\u00e5 Khio, da deltagerne vil arbeide i scenografien, p\u00e5 dreieskiven, som anvendes i forestillingen REMACHINE. Denne workshopen er gratis, og for b\u00e5de profesjonelle og dansestudenter, men krever ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5melding.<br class=\"html-br\" \/>P\u00e5melding til denne workshopen er via DH sine hjemmesider eller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dansenshus.com\/tilleggsarrangement\/workshop-jefta-van-dinther\">her.<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>REMACHINE WORKSHOP med Jefta van Dinther<br \/>\n<\/strong>(tekst p\u00e5 engelsk f\u00f8lger etter den norske)<\/p>\n<p>Jefta van Dinthers workshop handler om \u00e5 oppleve innsiden av kroppen (anatomi, intensitet, f\u00f8lelser, psykologi), samtidig som man st\u00e5r i friksjon og relasjon til det ytre faktorer (det milj\u00f8messige, det sosiale). Workshopen best\u00e5r av guidede utforskninger, som ogs\u00e5 gir rom for \u00e5 \u00f8ve p\u00e5 \u00e5 opptre.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Jefta van Dinther spiller forestillingen <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dansenshus.com\/forestillinger\/remachine\">REMACHINE<\/a> p\u00e5 Dansens Hus 10. og 11. mai.<br \/>\n<\/em>Workshopen er gjort mulig i den forbindelse gjennom et samarbeid mellom Dansens Hus og Kunsth\u00f8gskolen i Dans, MA Dans.<\/p>\n<p>Workshopen finner sted p\u00e5 Kunsth\u00f8gskolen i Oslo, studio 2<br \/>\nWorkshopen krever p\u00e5melding. Arbeidene hans kjennetegnes av en streng fysisk tiln\u00e6rming som utgangspunkt, og inneb\u00e6rer alltid en iscenesatt grunnleggende unders\u00f8kelse av bevegelse. Den bevegelige kroppen er derfor kjernen i hans praksis, men den relaterer og samhandler med lys, lyd og ulike typer materialer. Sentralt i arbeidet hans st\u00e5r sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let om hva det vil si \u00e5 v\u00e6re menneske, sett i relasjon til \u00a0samfunn, fellesskap og milj\u00f8, men ogs\u00e5 til andre livsformer som dyr og andre ikke-menneskelige vesener. Jefta van Dinthers forestillinger strekker seg inn i metafysiske eller utenomjordiske sf\u00e6rer, og tar for seg forestillinger om illusjon, det synlige og det usynlige, hvordan sansene p\u00e5virker oss, m\u00f8rke, arbeid, sex, det uhyggelige, affekt, stemme og bilde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I august 2024 hadde Van Dinther premiere p\u00e5 forestillingen\u00a0<em>AUSLAND<\/em>\u00a0under Tanz im August p\u00e5 Kraftwerk i Berlin. I september 2023 hadde forestillingen\u00a0<em>REMACHINE<\/em>\u00a0premiere p\u00e5 Norrlandsoperan Ume\u00e5. I 2022 hadde hans forestilling\u00a0<em>Unearth<\/em>\u00a0premiere p\u00e5 festivalen Tanz im August i Berlin. Alle disse verkene er for tiden p\u00e5 turn\u00e9. Jefta var tilknyttet Cullberg som assosiert kunstner i perioden 2019-2022.<\/p>\n<p>I 2012 ble van Dinther tildelt Birgit Cullberg-stipendet fra den svenske Konstn\u00e4rsn\u00e4mnden. Van Dinther mottok den svenske teaterkritikernes dansepris i 2013 for\u00a0<em>Plateau Effect<\/em>, som ogs\u00e5 ble valgt ut til den svenske Scenkonstbiennalen 2015.\u00a0<em>GRIND<\/em>\u00a0ble tildelt S\u00e4de-prisen i Finland for beste lysdesign og mottok tre priser under Favoriten Festival i Dortmund i 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Van Dinther ble uteksaminert fra Amsterdam School of the Arts (MTD) i 2003 og har deretter v\u00e6rt engasjert som danser og arbeidet med flere koreografer. Van Dinther underviser i koreografi ved ulike internasjonale sentre og utdanningsprogrammer. Han var universitetslektor og kunstnerisk leder for MA-programmet i koreografi ved DOCH (Dans- och Cirkush\u00f6gskolan i Stockholm) i perioden 2012-2014.<\/p>\n<p>Foto fra REMACHINE av Jefta van Dinther, fotograf Jubal Battisti<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nREMACHINE WORKSHOP with Jefta van Dinther<br \/>\n<\/strong>Jefta van Dinther&#8217;s teaching will be\u00a0geared towards experiencing the inside of the body (anatomy, intensity, emotion, psychology), while simultaneously being in friction and relation to that which stands outside of it (the environmental, the social). The workshop will be made up of guided explorations, that also provide a space to practice performing.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Jefta van Dinther will perform the performance REMACHINE at Dansens Hus on May 10th and 11th. The workshop is made possible in this context through a collaboration between Dansens Hus and the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, MA Dance.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop will take place at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, studio 2<br \/>\nThe workshop requires registration. His work is characterized by a rigorous physical approach and always implies a staged research of movement itself. The moving body is the core of his practice but belongs to and interacts with a body of light, sound and materials. Central in his work is the question of what it means to be human, examined through its relation to society, community and environment but also to other forms of life such as the animal and other non-human entities. Jefta&#8217;s performances reach out into metaphysical or otherworldly realms and deal with notions of illusion, the visible and the invisible, synaesthesia, darkness, labour, sex, the uncanny, affect, voice and image.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In August 2024 Van Dinther premiered the performance AUSLAND during Tanz im August at Kraftwerk, Berlin. In September 2023, the performance REMACHINE had its premiere at Norrlandsoperan Ume\u00e5. In 2022, his durational performance Unearth premiered at the festival Tanz im August in Berlin. All of these works are currently on tour. Currently on tour are also Dark Field Analysis (2017), as well as GRIND (2011). His other works include the diptych On Earth I&#8217;m Done: Mountains (2021) and Islands (2022) for Cullberg, Plateau Effect (2019) for Staatsballett Berlin, The Quiet (2019), Protagonist (2016) for Cullberg Ballet, As It Empties Out (2014), Plateau Effect for Cullberg Ballet (2013), THIS IS CONCRETE (2012), The Blanket Dance (2011), Kneeding (2010), The Way Things Go (2009) and IT&#8217;S IN THE AIR (2008). Jefta van Dinther has also created the choreography for and dances in the the music-video Monument (2015) by Robyn &amp; R\u00f6yksopp and has also organised and curated the festival LIAISON (2015) in Stockholm. Jefta was Associated Artist with Cullberg between 2019-2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2012 van Dinther was awarded with the Birgit Cullberg Grant from the Swedish Arts Grants Committee. Van Dinther received the Swedish Theater Critic\u2019s Dance-prize 2013 for Plateau Effect, which was also selected for the Swedish Biennial of Performing Arts 2015. GRIND was awarded the S\u00e4de prize in Finland for best lighting design and received three prizes during Favoriten Festival in Dortmund, 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Van Dinther graduated from the Amsterdam School of the Arts (MTD) in 2003 and was thereafter engaged as a dancer and worked with several choreographers.
