Dette forklarer hun om klassen :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>About the Class: ToolBox<br \/>\nConnecting to the inherent intelligence of the body we practice our<br \/>\nability to enhance creativity, elaborate, listen and sharpen our<br \/>\nresponses in improvisation and in choreographic exploration.<br \/>\nIn this Gaga based class we develop the rich vocabulary of our senses,<br \/>\nvisiting the different textures of our body, our musicality, rhythm<br \/>\nand speed, allowing ourselves to play with shape and form,<br \/>\nexplosiveness, animality and delicacy. Classes include task-oriented<br \/>\nexercises, floor work, applied knowledge of anatomy into the moving<br \/>\nbody, partner\/group collaborations, and engaging in choreographic and<br \/>\ncompositional ideas.<br \/>\nWe expand our exploration of movement creation by connecting to the<br \/>\npleasure of dancing, to the space around and between us, to our<br \/>\nability to articulate playfulness and efficiency, and ultimately bring<br \/>\nawareness to the choices we make in movement material and<br \/>\nimprovisation.<br \/>\nThe class takes inspiration from Gaga methodology and elaborates with<br \/>\nthe knowledge of Gyrokinesis, body awareness and my current work in<br \/>\nmovement research which is motivated by changing themes and dynamics.<br \/>\nThe classes are built upon an ongoing compilation of research which<br \/>\nallows the method to continuously develop side by side with my<br \/>\ncreations, allowing technique and praxis to merge at the crossroads of<br \/>\ncreativity.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shi Pratt gir klasser Toolbox tre mandager.
