{"id":992,"date":"2016-12-07T14:14:49","date_gmt":"2016-12-07T13:14:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/proda.koding.as\/?page_id=992"},"modified":"2023-10-19T13:05:40","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T11:05:40","slug":"etiske-retningslinjer","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/proda.no\/en\/om-proda\/etiske-retningslinjer\/","title":{"rendered":"Ethical guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Everyone at PRODA is responsible for ensuring that the working environment is satisfactory both for users, instructors, pianists\/musicians and the administration.<\/li>\n<li>There must be mutual trust and respect between users, instructors, pianists\/musicians and the administration.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in PRODA's offer requires health that can withstand the physical and mental stress that professional dance training requires.<\/li>\n<li>PRODA has zero tolerance for harassment and discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, sexuality, gender identity, gender expression, functional variation, body type and age.<\/li>\n<li>PRODA must deal with incidents of breach of ethical guidelines in a factual and orderly manner. Breaches of guidelines can have consequences for users, employees and other engaged by PRODA in relation to the degree of severity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Follow-up and procedures in case of breach of ethical guidelines:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nThe following procedure shall be used as a starting point in the event of a breach of ethical guidelines. Adjustments are made by the administration or the board if the nature of the case requires a different follow-up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">1. Informasjon om det som har skjedd innhentes fra involverte parter\/vitner<br>\r\n2. Bruker innkalles pr epost til m\u00f8te vedr. hendelsen og inviteres til \u00e5 ha med seg en tillitsperson. M\u00f8te skal gjennomf\u00f8res s\u00e5 snart som mulig etter innkallelsen og det skal fremg\u00e5 en tydelig agenda for m\u00f8tet. PRODA deltar med 2-3 personer fra administrasjon, styret og\/eller ved behov r\u00e5dgiver.<br>\r\n3. Det skal skrives referat fra m\u00f8tet og PRODA har rett til \u00e5 ta med en protokollf\u00f8rer til dette. Eventuelle merknader til referatet skal sendes innen en gitt frist.<br>\r\n4. I forhold til alvorlighetsgraden av hendelsen skal styret\/administrasjonen etter m\u00f8tet konkludere, med f.eks. advarsel, midlertidig inndragelse av brukeradgang eller permanent inndragelse av adgang.<br>\r\n5. Det innkalles til flere m\u00f8ter dersom det er behov. Utover dette skal bruker f\u00e5 en epost fra administrasjonen eller styret hvor konsekvens for hendelsen fremg\u00e5r.<br>\r\n6. Saken skal avklares s\u00e5 raskt som mulig.<\/p>\n<p>The matter must be treated with care and confidentiality. Those involved must act in a mutually respectful tone.
